Key Responsibilities

• Material Dispensing:
  • Dispense raw and packing materials per FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) systems
  • Ensure 100% labeling of raw and packing materials as per CGMP
• Documentation:
  • Complete and maintain equipment logbooks, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and Batch Packing Records (BPRs) online
  • Handle documentation for temperature, relative humidity (R.H.), and area cleaning records
  • Manage stock ledgers and inventory records for raw and packing materials
• Quality & Compliance:
  • Perform in-process checks during material dispensing
  • Conduct balance calibration and verification
  • Handle rejection and under re-test materials per QMS protocols
  • Maintain dispensing and storage areas per classification, temperature, and CGMP requirements
• Inventory Management:
  • Issue materials as per BMRs and BPRs
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and segregate materials by categorization
  • Store materials under specified conditions (e.g., cold chain, controlled humidity)

Key Skills

• Knowledge of CGMP and GDP in pharmaceutical warehousing
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory systems
• Proficiency in handling ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory and documentation
• Experience with BMR/BPR preparation and online documentation
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and space optimization
• Attention to detail for calibration, labeling, and compliance checks
• Ability to work in a controlled environment with strict regulatory standards
