Key Responsibilities
- Sr. Officer / Executive – OSD Packing:
- Supervise blister, bottle, and sachet packing lines for oral solid dosage (OSD) forms
- Ensure cGMP compliance, review BMR/BPR, and manage packing documentation
- Conduct manual visual inspections and operate labelling and track-and-trace systems
- Executive – OSD Manufacturing:
- Oversee granulation, compression, and coating processes using equipment like Glatt, Fette, or Gansons
- Ensure QMS compliance and accurate batch documentation
- Support process validation and regulatory audits
- Operator – Primary Packing:
- Operate primary packing machines for blister and bottle lines
- Perform line clearance, equipment maintenance, and cGMP-compliant documentation
- Support 2D inspection and aseptic practices
- Executive – RM/PM (Warehouse):
- Manage raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) receipt, storage, and dispensing
- Maintain inventory records using SAP or similar systems
- Ensure cGMP compliance and coordinate with production teams
