We are seeking dedicated professionals with 2-5 years of experience to join our Production, Warehouse, and Engineering – Mechanical teams. Candidates willing to work in shift operations and with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience are highly preferred.
Team Member (Production) Responsibilities and Requirements
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)/Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment for API or formulation manufacturing in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Execute batch processing, blending, granulation, or coating operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate batch records.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support cleaning and maintenance of production areas to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in API or formulation manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and batch documentation processes.
- Ability to work in shift operations with a focus on safety and quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Team Member (Warehouse) Responsibilities and Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com/Diploma
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials in compliance with cGMP.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely material availability.
- Support logistics and documentation for inward and outward shipments.
- Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cGMP storage requirements and material handling protocols.
- Proficiency in documentation and basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in shift operations.
Team Member (Engineering – Mechanical) Responsibilities and Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)/Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment like reactors, pumps, and granulators in API/formulation plants.
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting and ensure minimal downtime in production operations.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of mechanical systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs and comply with cGMP and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
- Knowledge of cGMP-compliant equipment maintenance and qualification processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with mechanical systems in API production.
- Ability to work in shift operations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
