Role Highlights (Post-Training)
- Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (e.g., granulation, compression, or API handling).

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate (MPC or BiPC) with a minimum 50% aggregate in all academics (10th and Intermediate).
- Pass-Out Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025 (candidates appearing for Intermediate final exams in March 2025 can attend with first-year mark sheet).
- Age Limit: 18-20 years as of May 31, 2025.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates eligible.
- Skills:
- Basic communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Willingness to learn pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Preferences: Consistent academic record, enthusiasm for skill development, and commitment to a long-term career in pharmaceuticals.
