Job Description

Granules India is hosting a walk-in interview for fresher Intermediate and ITI candidates to join its Gagillapur unit in Hyderabad. These pharma jobs offer skill development training for Intermediate freshers and NAPS apprenticeship for ITI freshers, focusing on production roles with comprehensive support, ideal for launching pharmaceutical careers.

Intermediate Fresher (Skill Development Training)

• Department: Production (Post-Training)
• Role: Trainee (Post-Training Employment Subject to Interview)
• Experience: Fresher (Passed out 2023/24/25)
• Education/Qualification: Intermediate (MPC/BIPC) with minimum 50% aggregate (Male/Female, Age 18–20)

ITI Fresher (Apprenticeship in Production)

• Department: Production
• Role: Apprentice (NAPS Program)
• Experience: Fresher (Passed out 2023/24/25)
• Education/Qualification: ITI (Mechanical/Electrical) with minimum 50% aggregate (Male, Age 18–21)

Skills/Qualifications

• Intermediate (MPC/BIPC) or ITI (Mechanical/Electrical) with minimum 50% in all academics
• Passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025; age 18–20 (Intermediate) or 18–21 (ITI)
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems for ITI candidates
• Willingness to learn production processes in a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability to skill training programs
• Male candidates for ITI apprenticeship; male/female for Intermediate training
• Ability to follow GMP standards and safety protocols post-training

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo 60-day skill development training (Intermediate) with focus on pharma production
• Participate in on-the-job training (ITI) under NAPS for production equipment handling
