Job Responsibilities
- Execute Analytical Method Validations, Verifications, and Transfers as per protocols.
- Prepare validation/verifications/transfer protocols, worksheets, and reports.
- Analyze and report related substances using HPLC/GC with Empower software.
- Perform assays, dissolution, and substance analysis for exhibit batch samples using HPLC/GC techniques.
- Experience with auto-integration of sample sets in Empower software.
- Solid understanding of method development/validation guidelines.
- Operate instruments like HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography, etc.
- Adhere to shift schedules and complete tasks assigned by the group leader.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory quality requirements.
- Initiate Incidents, PNC, OOS, Change Controls, and handle Quality Notifications.
