Key Responsibilities
- Operator Utility:
- Operate and maintain utility systems (air compressor, nitrogen plant, oxygen plant, chillers, cooling towers)
- Ensure equipment uptime and perform preventive maintenance
- Document activities per cGMP standards
- Officer – HVAC:
- Manage HVAC operations using EMS/BMS systems
- Perform filter cleaning and maintenance
- Prepare SOPs and handle QMS for regulatory compliance
- Officer – Electrical (5-6 Yrs):
- Oversee HT/LT yard, transformers, VCB, UPS, DG, PCC, MCC operations
- Troubleshoot process, utility, ETP, and HVAC equipment
- Ensure QMS compliance, prepare SOPs, and meet statutory/legal requirements
- Officer – Electrical (2-3 Yrs):
- Support HT/LT yard, transformers, VCB, UPS, DG, PCC, MCC operations
- Troubleshoot equipment with basic knowledge of VFD, PLC, HMI/SCADA
- Maintain documentation per cGMP guidelines
- Executive (Documentation – Engineering):
- Manage engineering training programs and QMS documentation
- Prepare and review SOPs for engineering processes
- Ensure audit compliance for USFDA/WHO-GMP inspections
Desired Profile
- Experience in sterile pharmaceutical plants (injectable/lyophilized preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance (USFDA, WHO-GMP)
- Hands-on expertise in utility operations, HVAC, electrical systems, or documentation
- Familiarity with SOP preparation, audit readiness, and statutory requirements
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain equipment uptime
