What You’ll Do
As part of the Healthcare Voice Process team, your role will involve:
- Making outbound calls to healthcare providers to resolve claims and payment issues
- Investigating and managing denied or underpaid claims
- Maintaining accurate records of communications and transactions
- Conducting pre- and post-call analysis
- Meeting performance targets and ensuring process efficiency
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
