Production Department
Join our dynamic production team and be a part of creating high-quality vaccines and health products.
- Qualification:Â B.Tech/M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
- Experience:Â 1 to 7 Years
Key Areas and Responsibilities:
- Egg Section:Â Manage egg handling, pre-incubation, inoculation, harvesting of allantoic fluid/embryo, and aseptic sampling.
- Fill Finish (Live Vaccine):Â Oversee lyophilized drug product manufacturing, vial washing, aseptic filling, and media fill activities.
- Fill Finish (Inactivated Vaccine):Â Handle the manufacturing of emulsion-based products, aseptic blending, CIP/SIP operations, and validation.
- QMS:Â Manage Change Control, Deviations, Investigations, Product Complaints, OOS, OOT, and related QMS documentation.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department
Ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance in a critical QA role.
- Qualification:Â B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology/BE-Mechanical
- Experience:Â 1 to 10 Years
Key Areas and Responsibilities:
- IPQA:Â Conduct line clearance, BMR/BPR reviews, process validation, deviation investigations, and trend analysis.
- EQA:Â Handle GMP facility projects and the qualification of critical systems like Water, HVAC, Autoclaves, and Filling Lines.
- Documentation:Â Oversee the issuance and record-keeping of controlled documents, BMR/BPR review, and data management.
- CMO QA:Â Conduct vendor audits, artwork review, market complaint investigations, and manage internal/external audits.
Quality Control (QC) Department
Play a vital role in our QC labs, performing critical tests to guarantee product safety and efficacy.
- Qualification:Â M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Organic Chemistry/Chemistry
- Experience:Â 3 to 10 Years
Key Areas and Responsibilities:
- Moisture Estimation:Â Perform moisture and thiomersal estimation, stability testing, and manage records for R&D and RM/FG samples.
- Chemical Water Testing:Â Conduct chemical water analysis (TOC, pH, Conductivity) and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and pharmacopeial guidelines.
- Raw Material Testing:Â Manage sampling and testing of raw materials, method validation, and instrument qualification and calibration.
- Environment Monitoring:Â Oversee environmental monitoring programs, manage stability studies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Microbiologist:Â Prepare SOPs, execute analytical method validation, and perform sterility testing, BET, cell culture analysis, and other microbiological tests.
Store Department
Ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain and materials management as part of our Store team.
- Qualification:Â B.Pharm/D.Pharm/B.Sc.
- Experience:Â 3 to 5 Years
Key Areas and Responsibilities:
- RM/PM:Â Manage the handling of Raw Material and Packing Material, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation and data entry.
