Job Role: Production (USP & DSP)

We are seeking skilled professionals for our Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) teams. Below are the details of the open positions:

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech (Biotechnology) / M.Sc (Biotechnology)
• Experience: 4-8 years in biopharmaceutical production (USP/DSP)
• Vacancies: Multiple

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Single Use Bioreactors and CO2 Shake Incubators.
• Handle mammalian cell cultures with aseptic techniques.
• Manage chromatography systems, TFF handling, column packing, nano, and sterile filtration.
• Execute batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform process validation and cleaning validation.
• Manage QMS elements, including change control, deviations, and CAPA.

Required Skills

• Expertise in USP/DSP operations in a biopharma setting.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processing and mammalian cell culture.
• Proficiency in chromatography, filtration, and validation processes.
• Familiarity with cGMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
