- Position: Junior Operator / Junior Officer
- Work Location: Jadcherla, Hyderabad
- Passed Out Years: 2022 / 2023 / 2024
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
- B.Sc (Life Sciences)
- Academic Performance:
- Candidates with 60% and above marks are preferred
- Experience:
- Freshers from the passing years 2022, 2023, or 2024
Key Responsibilities
- Support production processes in DP Filling and Biologics Manufacturing
- Operate equipment under supervision and maintain quality standards
- Participate in training to master biologics production techniques

Opportunity 2: Production (USP & DSP) – Experienced Candidates

- Experience: 3-8 Years
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Tech / B.Sc (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or any Life Science field)
- Experience:
- 3-8 years in biologics production with relevant expertise
Key Responsibilities
- Operate single-use bioreactors and CO2 shake incubators
- Handle mammalian cell cultures with aseptic techniques
- Manage chromatography systems, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), column packing, nanofiltration, and sterile filtration
- Execute process validation, cleaning validation, and QMS elements (Change Control, Deviations, Risk Assessments, CAPA)
- Prepare and review BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
