Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct testing of APIs/biosimilars using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or similar instruments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits.
Microbiology
- Perform microbiological testing (e.g., water analysis, sterility, BET).
- Handle Bio ball cultures and environmental monitoring.
- Adhere to GMP standards and maintain lab records.
Engineering
- Support maintenance of HVAC, reactors, and clean room equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Warehouse
- Manage inventory, material receipt, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure GMP compliance.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams.
Production
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, or filling equipment in API/biosimilar production.
- Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain batch records and support process optimization.
