1. Downstream Process
Responsibilities
- Development or manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies in downstream processes.
- Operation of chromatography systems, tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems, and filtration in cell culture manufacturing.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with downstream bioprocessing equipment.
- Strong understanding of purification techniques.
2. Upstream Process
Responsibilities
- Development or manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies in upstream processes.
- Scale-up and technology transfer of biosimilar products.
- Operation of bioreactors/fermenters and centrifugation systems.
Required Skills
- Expertise in upstream process optimization.
- Knowledge of bioreactor operations and scale-up techniques.
