About the Role: Engineering Apprentice Trainee

As an Engineering Apprentice Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Maintenance Department. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and foundational knowledge to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maximizing our manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a learning-focused role where you will be trained and mentored to:

• Learn and assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of production machinery and utility systems.
• Gain experience with critical equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, compressors, HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Understand and ensure strict adherence to Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
• Diligently follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical engineering field.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI in Fitter or Electrical. This opportunity is exclusively for the 2025 Appeared Batch.
• Experience: Freshers. No prior experience is required.
