Job Description
Hetero Labs Limited, Unit-V (Jadcherla) is urgently hiring fresh talent for its Production department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for 2023–2025 batch candidates to start their pharmaceutical career in a world-class manufacturing facility.
Selected candidates will gain hands-on training in cGMP-compliant production processes under experienced mentors.
Production – Fresher
- Department: Production
- Role: Production Trainee / Operator
- Experience: Fresher (2023 / 2024 / 2025 passed outs only)
- Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma (any stream), B.Sc (any stream)
- Eligibility: Candidates passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025 only
Skills/Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc completed in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in shifts
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to safety and quality standards
- Physically fit for shop-floor operations
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Maintain cGMP documentation
- Support granulation, compression, and packing
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols
- Achieve daily production targets
