Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Officers to Executives for the Quality Control (API – Wet Analysis) department to support our API manufacturing operations at our USFDA-approved facility.

Job Details

• Department: Quality Control (API – Wet Analysis)
• Position: Officer to Executive
• Experience: 1–5 years in wet chemical analysis
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
• Job Location: Hetero Labs Limited (Unit-1), Sangareddy, Telangana

Job Responsibilities

Perform wet chemical analysis techniques, including:

• Karl Fischer titration (KF) for moisture content determination.
• Potentiometric titration for quantitative analysis.
• pH measurements to ensure product compliance.
• Particle Size Distribution (PSD) analysis using Malvern instruments.

• Conduct daily calibration of laboratory instruments, such as analytical balances and pH meters.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing, calibration, and quality control activities.
• Support laboratory investigations for deviations, OOS, and OOT results.
