We are seeking experienced candidates for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in our R&D (Process Development) / API department at our HRF-II, Kazipally facility.
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – R&D (Process Development) / API
- Experience: 5-10 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Work Location: HRF-II, Kazipally, Sangareddy, Telangana
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support project design and development.
- Design new synthetic routes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Oversee procurement of raw materials for research and pilot-scale activities.
- Assist in method development and refinement for new product pipelines.
- Evaluate process feasibility, perform optimization, and support validation of R&D projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for vendor development and raw material sourcing.
- Prepare clear and concise Process Development Reports (PDRs).
- Ensure smooth technology transfer to production or manufacturing facilities.
- Follow industry best practices and comply with regulatory requirements in all R&D activities.
Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of synthetic chemistry, process optimization, and analytical techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
