Eligibility and Roles

• Qualifications: Intermediate (SMT), B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, M.Sc (Chemistry), ITI (Fitter/Electrical)
• Experience: Freshers (2022-2025 pass-outs)
• Responsibilities:
  • Support API manufacturing processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Assist in production, quality control, or maintenance tasks based on qualification (e.g., ITI Fitter/Electrical for maintenance, Chemistry graduates for lab support).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.
• Requirements:
  • Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
  • Basic understanding of relevant fields (e.g., chemistry for M.Sc candidates, electrical/mechanical systems for ITI candidates).
  • Ability to follow safety and compliance protocols.
