QC Microbiology Supervisor Job in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities
- Lead QC microbiology operations including environmental monitoring and water systems
- Perform sterility, bioburden, endotoxin, and microbial limits testing with data trending
- Manage OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Oversee method validation, verification, equipment qualification, and audit preparations
- Ensure GMP compliance (USFDA, EU, WHO) through documentation and reporting
- Supervise team in internal and regulatory audits
Key Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Microbiology or Pharmacy/Life Sciences with microbiology focus
- Experience: 8-10 years in pharma QC microbiology, including 2-3 years supervisory
- Skills: Expertise in environmental monitoring, sterility testing, data analysis, GMP knowledge
- Location: KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Other: Excellent communication, documentation, and regulatory audit experience
