Job Details: Group Leader – HP API Lab
Position Overview
- Designation:Â Group Leader – HP API Lab
- Location:Â Pune, Maharashtra
- Experience: 15-20 years in HPAPI development & scale-up
- Education: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (Post-Doc preferred)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end synthesis & scale-up of high-potent APIs (HPAPIs)
✔ Ensure containment strategies and EHS compliance
✔ Drive cross-functional collaboration for tech transfer & commercialization
✔ Mentor and guide R&D teams in process optimization
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry
- Hands-on experience in CDMO organizations
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, GMP, OSHA)
- Safety-first mindset with experience in high-containment labs
