Job Description
- Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct API R&D synthesis with a focus on developing and optimizing processes.
- Apply knowledge of spectroscopic techniques for analysis and characterization.
- Collaborate on technology transfer initiatives, including potential travel to support implementation.
- Work Environment:
- Readiness to work in shifts as required.
- Hands-on involvement in laboratory synthesis and process development.
Key Requirements
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (mandatory).
- Experience: 6–9 years in API R&D synthesis.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of spectroscopic techniques (e.g., NMR, IR, MS).
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
