Job Description

Skills/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in API production, intermediates, cleanroom operations, hydrogenation, and solvent recovery
  • Expertise in Quality Control using HPLC, GC, wet lab analysis, IR, Auto Titrator, stability studies, and data review
  • Knowledge of Process Engineering activities including technology transfer, HAZOP study, scale-up, and pilot plant operations
  • Proficiency in warehouse functions such as raw material receipt, inward/outward movements, stock verification, tank farm operations, and documentation
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements in API manufacturing
  • Ability to handle shift in-charge responsibilities and cross-functional coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise API production processes including intermediates, hydrogenation, and solvent recovery
  • Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, stability, and finished products using HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry
  • Conduct data review and ensure compliance in Quality Control activities
  • Support technology transfer, HAZOP studies, scale-up activities, and pilot plant operations
  • Manage warehouse operations including material receipt, dispensing, stock verification, and tank farm documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, calibration of equipment, and adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Participate in shift duties and contribute to overall plant efficiency and compliance
