Open Position: Assistant General Manager – Quality Control
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 18–20 years in Quality Control (API industry only)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (cGMP, ICH) and regulatory requirements (USFDA, ANVISA, PMDA, EDQM)
- Implement and maintain QC processes, including method validation and stability testing
- Lead investigations for Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), deviations, and Out-of-Control (OOC)
- Oversee audit trial reviews and guide the QC review team
- Manage regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness
Required Skills:
- Expertise in handling HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and wet lab analysis
- Proven experience with USFDA, ANVISA, PMDA, EDQM audits
- Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, OOS/OOT investigations, and ICH guidelines
- Leadership in managing QC teams and audit compliance
- Proficiency in documentation and analytical problem-solving
