Job Description

Hindusthan Group is expanding its R&D team with multiple openings in Process Development for specialty chemicals and cyanide-based products. These roles offer exciting opportunities for professionals skilled in organic synthesis, scale-up, and pilot plant operations in the chemical industry.

Sr. Manager / Manager – Process Development

• Department: R&D (Process Development)
• Role: Sr. Manager / Manager
• Experience: 10+ Years
• Education/Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Officer / Supervisor / Chemist – Process Development

• Department: R&D (Process Development)
• Role: Officer / Supervisor / Chemist
• Experience: 5+ Years
• Education/Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

Skills/Qualifications

• Expertise in advanced organic synthesis and chemical reactions
• Strong knowledge of Hydrogenation, Chlorination, Polymerization, and Cyanation
• Experience in process scale-up, pilot plant, and commercial operations
• Proficiency in preparing PFD, BMRs, SOPs, and technical documentation
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new cyanide-based products and process routes
• Conduct literature search and design lab experiments
• Scale-up processes from gram to commercial level
• Prepare PFDs, product specifications, and technical reports
• Handle pilot plant operations and documentation
