Key Responsibilities
Quality Control:
- Conduct analytical testing of APIs and intermediates using techniques like HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards.
- Document test results accurately for quality assurance.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to meet regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve production and testing documentation.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical quality processes (training provided for freshers).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, or analytical techniques is a plus (but not mandatory for freshers).
