Key Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Educational Background: A Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry (Organic/Analytical) or a related field is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience within an API R&D or chemical synthesis environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in multi-step organic synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up activities is essential.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- In-depth knowledge of modern synthetic methodologies and reaction mechanisms.
- Practical experience in handling various laboratory equipment and purification techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, Column Chromatography).
