Key Responsibilities by Department
- R&D: Develop and optimize API synthesis processes, conduct lab-scale experiments, and support scale-up activities.
- AR&D: Perform analytical method development, validation, and stability studies using HPLC, GC, and other instruments.
- Production: Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes, ensuring cGMP compliance and production targets.
- QC: Conduct quality testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs using advanced analytical techniques.
- QA: Oversee QMS, review SOPs, handle deviations, CAPA, and ensure regulatory compliance during audits.

- Updated resume
- Current CTC, increment letter, and appointment letter
- Three months’ payslips with bank statement
- Passport-size photograph
- Copies of educational certificates and ID proofs (Aadhar, PAN)
