Job Overview
- Position: QC Biologics Executive
- Experience: 2-6 years in biologics quality control
- Qualification: MSc in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Industry Preference: Experience in biological or biopharmaceutical companies
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HPLC and electrophoretic test methods for biologics analysis.
- Perform cell-based assays, colorimetric, spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based techniques.
- Operate and maintain QC instruments, including spectrophotometers, microplate readers, microscopes, and 21CFR-compliant software.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) elements, such as OOS, incident deviation, and change control.
- Utilize knowledge of analytical method validation to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficient hands-on experience with HPLC and cell-based test methods.
- Expertise in colorimetric, spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based assays.
- Familiarity with basic QC instruments and relevant software.
- Systematic approach with in-depth knowledge of GLP, GDP, and QMS compliance.
- Basic understanding of analytical method validation protocols.
