Open Positions
Executive – QC Biologics
- Number of Positions: 11
- Location: Sy. No. 222P, Thurkapally Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri Dist, Hyderabad, Telangana 500078
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Experience: 2-6 years in QC Biologics (Instrumentation, Hematology, Activity/Potency-Based Assays, Biochemical Group)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and electrophoretic test methods
- Conduct cell-based test methods and assays (Colorimetric, Spectrophotometric, ELISA-based techniques)
- Operate and maintain instruments such as Spectrophotometer, Microplate Reader, Microscope, and other basic QC equipment
- Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Apply knowledge of QMS elements (OOS, Incident, Deviation, Change Control, etc.)
- Support Analytical Method Validation processes
- Utilize relevant 21CFR-compliant software for data management and reporting
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and electrophoretic techniques
- Proficiency in cell-based assays and ELISA-based methods
- Familiarity with basic QC instruments and their maintenance
- Strong understanding of GLP, GDP, and QMS requirements
- Basic knowledge of Analytical Method Validation principles
