We are expanding our Plasma Procurement Team and seeking dynamic leaders to manage operations nationwide. Candidates with strong sales or pharma experience are ideal.
Plasma Procurement Team Leader
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Experience: 7-10 years in Sales, Pharma Sales, or Warehousing
- Travel: 20 days/month across India
- Location: Pan-India
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage plasma procurement teams across regions
- Build and maintain relationships with blood banks
- Oversee field operations, logistics, and supply chain
- Drive performance with data-driven, target-oriented strategies
- Ensure operational precision and compliance with quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong team management and leadership with accountability
- Excellent relationship management and communication
- Proficiency in logistics and field operations
- Goal-focused, mobile, and adaptable to extensive travel
