Eligibility
- Qualifications: B.Sc. (Biotechnology/Chemistry), ITI, Diploma (Chemical/Mechanical), Any Degree, Intermediate
- Experience: 1-3 years in downstream processing
- Note: Preference for candidates with biologics/pharma experience and familiarity with cGMP.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain downstream processing equipment, including:
- Chromatography Column and System Handling: Execute purification using BPG and Chromoflow systems.
- Column Packing: Pack and qualify columns for efficient separation.
- TFF System: Manage Tangential Flow Filtration for protein concentration.
- Centrifuge System: Operate centrifuges for cell separation and clarification.
- Filtration and Buffer Preparation: Perform filtration, filter integrity testing, and prepare buffers per SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, maintaining process awareness and documentation standards.
- Support process optimization and troubleshooting in biologics production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines and quality standards.
