Key Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze HPLC and electrophoretic test methods with precision.
- Conduct cell-based assays, colorimetric, spectrophotometric, and ELISA-based techniques.
- Operate and maintain QC instruments such as spectrophotometers, microplate readers, and microscopes.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) elements, including Out of Specification (OOS), Incident Deviation, and Change Control.
- Support analytical method validation processes.
- Utilize 21CFR-compliant software for data integrity and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC and cell-based test methods.
- Proficiency in handling spectrophotometers, microplate readers, and basic QC instruments.
- Systematic approach with knowledge of GLP, GDP, and QMS compliance.
- Basic understanding of analytical method validation.
