Key Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in drug product (DP), drug substance (DS), and engineering roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in qualification and validation for process equipment, process gases, AHU & clean rooms, and warehouse/storage equipment.
- Exposure to developing and executing validation protocols in E-validation/ValGenesis systems.
- Strong focus on documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP) principles.
- Ability to meticulously follow validation protocols and ensure reliable results.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industrial standards.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
