Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of regulatory files, trackers, and document repositories
- Assist in the preparation and organization of regulatory documentation for clinical trials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and templates
- Perform literature searches or regulatory research as needed
- Help upload documents into the Sponsor’s electronic Trial Master File (TMF)
- Support the development of Informed Consent Forms and regulatory/ethics submission documents
- Participate in other regulatory or administrative tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences or Biological Sciences
- Basic understanding of clinical trial research
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) – required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
- Additional languages are considered an asset
