Skills/Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidance and literature search for sterile development
- Hands-on expertise in injectable, suspension, emulsion, and ophthalmic formulations
- Proficiency in technology transfer from R&D to GMP scale
- Strong skills in drafting/reviewing CMC documents for regulatory filings
- Experience in process optimization, exhibit batches, and stability data review
- Familiarity with cGLPs, lab equipment maintenance, and SOP compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sterile/ophthalmic formulations for regulated markets
- Review trials and stability data during product development
- Handle tech transfer from R&D to manufacturing plant
- Draft/review MFC, MPC, BMR/BPR, and stability protocols
