Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 16 Field Sales Officers (FSOs) and 3 Area Business Managers (ABMs).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive sales excellence.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, distributors).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate (preferably B.Sc. or related Science stream).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales.
- Current Role: Senior Area Business Manager (ABM) or Second Line Manager in a reputed pharma company.
