Key Responsibilities
Production (Associate):
- Operate equipment for manufacturing, filling, washing, autoclave, and isolator processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and sterile production standards.
Production (Officer/Executive):
- Oversee shift operations for injectable and ophthalmic production.
- Manage QMS, autoclave, and isolator activities.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement QMS, qualification, and validation processes.
- Conduct aseptic core monitoring and in-process quality assurance (IPQA).
Microbiology:
- Perform environmental monitoring, sterility, BET, and water testing.
- Conduct routine and non-routine microbiological analysis.
Quality Control:
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, Karl Fischer, and GC.
- Ensure quality compliance for sterile and non-sterile products.
