Open Positions

We are hiring for two roles: Consultant – Genetic Counseling and Intern – Genetic Counseling. Below are the details of responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for each position.

Consultant – Genetic Counseling

• Experience: 4-6 years

Responsibilities:

• Interpret genetic data with clinical health check-up findings.
• Provide integrated genetic, pharmacological, and clinical counseling.
• Stay updated on trends in genetics, genomics, and pharmacology.
• Collaborate with doctors, medical experts, and bioinformaticians.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Genetic Counseling, Human Genetics, or related biomedical field.
• Experience in tele-counseling and preventive healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Familiarity with genomics, pharmacogenomics, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.

Intern – Genetic Counseling

• Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist in interpreting genetic and clinical data.
• Support counseling sessions under senior guidance.
• Stay informed on advancements in genomics and pharmacology.
• Collaborate with medical and bioinformatics teams.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support product development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Genetic Counseling, Human Genetics, or related field.
• Exposure to tele-counseling or preventive healthcare is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of genomics and clinical workflows.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
