Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client issues via calls, chat, or email with excellent communication skills.
  • Use analytical problem-solving to independently address customer concerns.
  • Practice effective time management and deliver proactive customer service.
  • Complete training programs set by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any graduate (additional certifications in customer service are a plus).

  • Any two photo ID proofs (PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID card, or Passport).
  • Original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation semester-wise marksheets, Provisional Certificate, Original Degree).
