Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues via calls, chat, or email with excellent communication skills.
- Use analytical problem-solving to independently address customer concerns.
- Practice effective time management and deliver proactive customer service.
- Complete training programs set by the client.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate (additional certifications in customer service are a plus).

- A printout of your updated resume.
- Any two photo ID proofs (PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID card, or Passport).
- Original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation semester-wise marksheets, Provisional Certificate, Original Degree).
