We are hiring Research Associates and Senior Research Associates with 0–3 years of experience in organic chemistry for our R&D team in Pune. Freshers with an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry are welcome to apply.
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 0–3 years in organic synthesis or process development
- Role: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

- Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-step organic synthesis for custom molecules
- Optimize reaction conditions to improve yield and scalability
- Conduct process development for kilo-to-pilot scale production
- Characterize compounds using NMR, HPLC, GC, and IR
- Document experiments and prepare reports per SOPs
- Required Skills:
- Knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC, IR)
- Basic understanding of GLP and process optimization
- Strong documentation and teamwork skills
- For Senior Research Associate: Leadership in small-scale projects preferred
