We’re hiring for Quality Control (AMV) and Manufacturing (Crab/Isolator Filling Line) roles at our sterile manufacturing facility in Vadodara, a hub for oncology and critical care injectables. All positions require experience in regulated environments and adherence to 21CFR Part 11 compliance.
1. Quality Control – AMV
- Position: Officer to Executive
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 3-5 years in AMV within USFDA/MHRA-regulated sterile facilities
- Openings: Multiple (likely 3-5 based on AMV specialization)
- Salary: ₹4.0–7.0 Lakhs/year (estimated based on industry standards)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Analytical Method Validation (AMV) for sterile injectables using HPLC and GC
- Prepare and review SPEC/STP documents per ICH Q2(R1)
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis
- Manage OOS/OOT investigations and implement CAPA
- Document results in LIMS, ensuring GLP compliance
Key Skills:
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, and AMV for sterile products
- Knowledge of ICH Q2(R1), GLP, and cGMP
- Proficiency in LIMS and QMS software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Manufacturing – Crab/Isolator Filling Line
- Position: Operator, Officer, Executive
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma (Engineering/Pharmacy), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: 5-10 years in crab/isolator filling lines within USFDA/MHRA-regulated sterile facilities
- Openings: Multiple (likely 5-8 based on filling line operations)
- Salary: ₹3.5–8.0 Lakhs/year (estimated based on role and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crab/isolator filling lines for vials and pre-filled syringes (PFS)
- Perform aseptic processing, vial washing, sterilization, and depyrogenation
- Conduct batch manufacturing, media fills, and leak tests
- Manage CIP/SIP, autoclave, and equipment qualification
- Document BMR/BPR per cGMP
Key Skills:
- Expertise in crab/isolator filling and aseptic operations
- Knowledge of QMS, media fills, and terminal sterilization
- Proficiency in BMR/BPR documentation
- Experience in oncology/critical care sterile manufacturing
