Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control:
- Perform analytical method validation
- Handle HPLC, LIMS, UV Spectrometer, and other analytical instruments
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, cGMP, ALCOA+
- Sterile Manufacturing:
- Operate and supervise equipment for compounding, filling, and filtration
- Maintain sterile production standards (USFDA exposure)
- QC Micro:
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM), MLT, BET, and sterility testing
- Perform water sampling and analysis
- Warehouse:
- Manage dispensing and warehousing operations
- Ensure material storage compliance
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee qualification, validation, and IPQA processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Prod. Validation & Compliance:
- Manage production validation and compliance activities
- Support QMS implementation
- Engineering:
- Maintain PM, HVAC, and utility systems
- Supervise technical operations
- MS&T:
- Lead technology transfer processes
- Support scale-up and process optimization
