Major Responsibilities
- Study Initiation: Coordinate site start-up activities, including protocol review and feasibility assessments.
- Monitoring and Site Management: Conduct onsite and remote monitoring visits to ensure study compliance and progress.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Reporting: Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and internal teams; prepare monitoring reports.
- Data Management: Oversee data collection, verification, and entry using electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure trial integrity and patient safety.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (e.g., M.Sc., M.Pharm) or any relevant degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical research, including at least 1 year of onsite monitoring in clinical trials
