- Position: Manager – Process Development
- Location: Plasma Fractionation Centre, Ahmedabad
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology or related discipline
- Experience: 10–12 years in plasma protein product development

Key Responsibilities
- Lead downstream processing for plasma-derived products
- Execute downstream development activities on time
- Drive scale-up of downstream process models
- Prepare CAPEX proposals and URS for equipment
- Support virus validation with downscale parameters
- Enhance product yields and quality through innovation
- Oversee process technology transfer and training
- Ensure regulatory and audit readiness
- Mentor junior team members on downstream techniques
- Manage R&D BMRs, TTDs, and project reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in plasma protein product development
- Strong knowledge of downstream processing techniques
- Familiarity with USFDA or EU-GMP compliant facilities
