Open Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for the following departments at our Matoda facility, requiring experience in USFDA/MHRA-regulated plants:
Injectable – Manufacturing & Packing
- Positions: Executive, Senior Officer, Officer, Associate
- Experience: 1–6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injectable manufacturing equipment (vials, PFS, ampoules).
- Execute packing operations, ensuring labeling and packaging compliance.
- Maintain cGMP standards and cleanroom protocols.
- Document batch records and support process validation.
- Work in rotational shifts to meet production targets.
Quality Assurance (Validation & Qualification/IPQA/QMS/Documentation)
- Positions: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Experience: 2–9 years
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct validation/qualification of equipment and processes.
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks for injectables.
- Manage QMS documentation, SOPs, and deviation reports.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and cGMP standards.
- Support regulatory audits and CAPA implementation.
Engineering (Instrumentation/Plant Maintenance/QMS)
- Positions: Senior Executive, Executive, Senior Officer
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment (reactors, autoclaves, HVAC).
- Perform instrumentation calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Support QMS for engineering processes and compliance.
- Ensure uptime of critical systems in a USFDA/MHRA-regulated plant.
- Document maintenance activities and support audits.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Manufacturing & Packing: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc.
- Engineering: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Experience:
- Manufacturing & Packing: 1–6 years
- Quality Assurance: 2–9 years
- Engineering: 3–10 years
Skills:
- Mandatory experience in USFDA/MHRA-regulated pharmaceutical plants.
- Knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in injectable manufacturing, validation, or maintenance processes.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Note: Candidates who interviewed with Intas in the last 6 months are ineligible.
Salary and Benefits
Salary:
- Manufacturing & Packing: ₹2.5–6 Lakhs per annum
- Quality Assurance: ₹3–8 Lakhs per annum
- Engineering: ₹4–10 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
