Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain secondary packaging machines efficiently.
- Perform challenge tests to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Train and guide new employees on operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor the packaging process to meet quality standards and production targets.
- Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with secondary packaging machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
