- Experience Required: Candidates should have experience in Pharma OSD (Tablet, Capsule, Coating) Formulation Plants.
- Previous Applications: Candidates who have attended an interview with Ipca, Athal in the last six months should not apply.
- Shift Duties: Candidates must be open to working in shift duties.
- Regulated Plant Experience: Experience in regulated plants like USFDA, MHRA is preferred.
