Skills/Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience operating and supervising Granulation & Coating equipment (Le Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Packing machinery such as CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, Cartonator, with strong Documentation (QMS) skills
  • Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
  • Troubleshooting expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Support for installation, calibration, and validation activities
  • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (USFDA, MHRA preferred)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Basic to advanced technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Civil disciplines for utility roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise Granulation, Coating, and related production equipment
  • Handle Packing line machinery and ensure accurate QMS documentation
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently
  • Support equipment installation, calibration, and validation processes
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a shift-based environment
  • Assist in QA/QC and utility maintenance activities for trainees
