Skills/Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating and supervising Granulation & Coating equipment (Le Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting, etc.)
- Proficiency in Packing machinery such as CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, Cartonator, with strong Documentation (QMS) skills
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshooting expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Support for installation, calibration, and validation activities
- Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (USFDA, MHRA preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic to advanced technical knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Civil disciplines for utility roles
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise Granulation, Coating, and related production equipment
- Handle Packing line machinery and ensure accurate QMS documentation
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently
- Support equipment installation, calibration, and validation processes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a shift-based environment
- Assist in QA/QC and utility maintenance activities for trainees
