Available Job Positions
We are hiring for roles across Production, Quality Control, Microbiology, and Administration at our Sikkim formulation manufacturing facility. All positions require experience in pharmaceutical OSD formulations.
1. Production – Granulation/Compression
- Positions: Executive / Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2-10 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Sections: Granulation, Compression (Legacy, Bi-Layer), Coating
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise granulation, compression, and coating activities using equipment like FBD, RMG, Bi-Layer Compression Machines, and Autocoaters (e.g., Ganson 48”/60”)
- Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and maintain production documentation (BMR/BPR)
- Troubleshoot process issues and manage manpower
- Skills: Expertise in OSD manufacturing, QMS, and equipment like Fette, Sejong, or Cadmach
2. Production – Granulation/Compression
- Position: Technician
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Qualification: ITI / 10th / 12th
- Sections: Granulation, Compression, Coating
- Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and handle machines like BQS, Hi-Cart, Compression, Granulation, and Coating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure smooth production operations
- Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines
- Skills: Hands-on experience with OSD equipment and basic troubleshooting
3. Quality Control – GLP/HPLC/FG
- Positions: Jr. Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and UV Spectrophotometer for finished goods (FG)
- Perform wet analysis, method validation, and RM/FP testing
- Manage GLP compliance, SOP preparation, and instrument calibration
- Skills: Proficiency in HPLC/GC operations, GLP practices, and QMS documentation
4. Microbiology
- Positions: Jr. Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Job Responsibilities:
- Perform environmental monitoring, media preparation, and sterility testing
- Conduct Growth Promotion Tests, BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test), and MLT (Microbial Limit Test)
- Maintain microbiology lab records and comply with cGMP standards
- Skills: Expertise in microbiological techniques, sterility validation, and QMS
5. Administration
- Position: Assistant Manager
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.B.A / B.A / B.Com
- Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance
- Manage employee welfare, transport, and canteen services
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, leadership, and knowledge of administrative processes
