- Compressor Operator (3-8 years experience)
- Filling Operator (Powder & Granular) (3-8 years experience)

Key Responsibilities
Compressor Operator:
- Operate and maintain compressor systems for production processes.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Filling Operator (Powder & Granular):
- Handle filling processes for powder and granular biofertilizers.
- Ensure accurate packaging and quality control.
- Maintain clean and safe workstations.
Filling Operator (Liquid):
- Manage liquid formulation filling operations.
- Monitor equipment for efficiency and precision.
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols.
HVAC/Refrigeration Technician:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure system efficiency.
- Comply with environmental and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8 years in relevant roles within manufacturing or agriculture.
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent for technical roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in operating compressors, filling equipment, or HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
- Strong troubleshooting and teamwork abilities.
